Complaints and Feedback Process
At Read Spell Thrive, the safety, wellbeing, and voice of every student is my priority. If you ever have a concern, I encourage you to raise it with me so that we can work to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Step 1: Talk to Me
Most concerns can be sorted out with a quick conversation. Both parents and students are encouraged to raise concerns with me at any time in-person before, during or after our sessions. I can also be contacted via phone or email, before or after our sessions. I will listen carefully and do my utmost to resolve most matters within 7 days.
Step 2: Make a Written Complaint
If you feel the issue has not been resolved, you may make a formal complaint in writing by emailing me at glasbyethan@gmail.com please include:
- What your concern is,
- Any details (dates, times, examples) that help explain the issue and,
- How you would like the issue resolved
I will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a written response within 10 business days.
Step 3: External Review
If we cannot reach a resolution, you may seek advice or make a complaint through external bodies such as:
